杏仁醬係市面上比較少見，因為杏仁可以話係堅果類之中最為硬身，要將杏仁打成醬需要更加長時間同耐心，但佢味道比花生更加香濃而且特別，另外普遍果仁醬都有比較杰身問題，所以店主經過多次試驗之後終於成功掌握到順滑質感嘅烘焗溫度！以後大家可以食到濃香絲滑嘅杏仁醬啦～

 

Our creamy almond butter are made from almonds from the United States, and it is all baked at a high temperature repeatedly to make each almond reach its best condition before we blend it into a smooth and fragrant form. Honestly, it is so hard to say "NO" to the almond butter, I can't stop tasting it every time when I making almond butter.

 

Almond butter is relatively rare on the market because almonds might be the hardest nut among all the nuts. So It takes more time and patience to process almonds into butter, this is why it tastes more fragrant and smooth than peanuts. After times of many experiments, we finally find out the best baking temperature to make a smooth texture of almond butter! And now, everyone can finally taste the rich and silky almond butter~
